Here are photos of the needlecase that I made to swap on International Friendship quilter. Except for one corner coming out wonky, I think it is really cute.

I also finished my third Y2k block. This is from Pam Cole of Granger, Indiana.

Finished my second Y2k block. This block is from JoLynn Drott of Utah.

Here is a close-up of the pink and green pillowcase. These fabrics are so bright and even this photo does not do them justice.

Upclose photo of the blue and green pillowcase. I wanted the fabrics to show up better, they are such cute fabrics.
Great pillowcase pattern. I made two pillowcase over the last couple of days. They are for my two youngest daughters and I think they turned out fantastic. The pattern comes from Terry Bowden over at Friendshipquilters.com. I signed up at that website and joined a couple of their events. The Sweet Dreams Pillowcase event was the first one I participated in and I also signed up for the needlecase event. In the pillowcase event everyone posts pictures of their pillowcases and then we will vote on them in various categories. It should be fun. In the needlecase event we have to make at least one needlecase and post a picture of it. The hostess will then assign each of a us a swap partner and we will swap needlecases. I haven't started mine yet but will soon. Here are photos of the two pillowcases.
